Shopping on La Sabinii can’t be any easier. You can simply browse our website using bags, shoes or wallets tabs. Once you find an item that you wish to buy, click “Add to Basket” and if you are ready to place your order, click “Checkout” and follow the instructions. Please note that if you do not already have an account with us, you will have an option to create one during the checkout stage.
To change orders please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to change your order as requested, this may not always be possible as the item may have already been despatched – in this case, you can just send the item back to us for an exchange.
For your convenience, La Sabinii accepts different methods of payment:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
You can return your parcel using any postal service. There is an easy way to return your order. For more information please see our Returns Policy.
If your order hasn’t arrived, contact our customer services team who will investigate why your order has not been delivered and do their best to resolve any problems for you.

You will receive an automatic refund once we receive your return parcel back and our quality team inspects the returned items. If the items are unworn, and in the original box with all packaging intact, you will receive your refund within 14 working days from the time you send back the items. You will receive an email stating your account has been credited.
We do not cover any return shipping cost. This cost is met by the customer. When we receive a returned item(s) the amount refunded is for the item(s) returned only.

You can choose between our Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery:
Standard delivery (£3.90/Free over £40)
Standard delivery with Hermes generally takes 2 – 4 working days if the delivery address is in mainland Great Britain. Some more remote areas may take an extra day.
Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
Next day delivery – £6.50
Order before 12pm to receive your order next day. Orders made after 12pm will be delivered the day after.

To exchange your item, please send your goods back for a refund and place a new order on the website.
To find out your shoe size, measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your big toe.
Our method:
- Place your foot firmly on top of the piece of paper and mark where your longest toe and heel ends.
- Find your foot length for both feet and corresponding size in our size table placed on every product page.
- If one foot is bigger than the other, order the size of the bigger foot.
Please note that the size tables are intended only as a guide. Sizes may vary depending on the manufacturer, brand and style. Make your decision based on your own experience. You can also read the customer reviews on the product site to see if there are any comments regarding the fit.
